FRUYPER, S.A. focuses its Quality Policy on hygienic safety and staff satisfaction in olive production
The Quality Policy of FRUYPER, S.A. determines the principles on which it bases its actions and decisions in terms of quality and hygienic safety, appropriate to the corporate purpose of the organization as a company producing pitted, stuffed and pickled olives, packaged in bulk, metal containers, glass and plastic containers. In reference to internal order, it aims for greater efficiency and professional satisfaction of its staff.
As a means to achieve recognition and guarantee the quality of its products and services, the organization has implemented a quality and food safety management system in accordance with the FSSC 22000 protocol.
The General Management of FRUYPER, S.A. has defined the guidelines that the company carries out aimed at the satisfaction of our customers. These guidelines make up the Quality Policy of FRUYPER, S.A. and they are the following:
- Customer satisfaction by creating a culture within the organization that allows us to anticipate the needs of our customers, with the aim of serving them products with the required quality.
- Guarantee the development of safe products to meet responsibilities towards clients and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements that affect your activity.
- Involve all FRUYPER, S.A. staff. in the development and improvement of the Quality System, promoting a culture of quality and food safety throughout the organization, as well as in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and responsibilities with the client.
- Have the mechanisms defined within the organization that allow establishing and achieving quality objectives.
- Have human resources with recognized experience that, together with the appropriate technical means, ensure uniform quality of our product.
- Continuous improvement of processes and staff training as a way to minimize errors.
This Quality Policy is known, understood and applied constantly by all FRUYPER, S.A. personnel. and is reviewed at least once a year.

- Implement effective practices and procedures to prevent and reduce food loss, including inventory optimization, improving production management and promoting a culture of resource utilization.
- Train and sensitize our staff on the importance of reducing food loss and provide them with the necessary resources to actively participate in these initiatives.
- Collaborate with our suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to promote sustainable practices throughout the supply chain and encourage the adoption of innovative solutions to address food loss.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate our progress toward our food loss reduction goals and adjust our strategies as necessary to achieve significant results.
- Transparently and responsibly communicate our food loss reduction efforts to all stakeholders and foster a culture of shared responsibility in the fight against food waste.
